Drop it off
Take your carpet to your nearest drop-off point with a note: your name, phone number, yarn colour and whether it needs cutting.
Collect it
We let you know when it is ready, normally within 7 to 14 days. Collect from the same place.
What to put on your note
- Your full name and mobile number
- Whipping colour (or "match the carpet")
- Finished size, if it needs cutting or straightening
- Which edges to whip (all round, or long sides only for stair runners)
- Add non-slip rugger? Yes or no
There is no need to contact us as well. The drop-off shop will let us know your carpet has arrived.
Turnaround and payment
Turnaround is normally 7 to 14 days from drop-off. We will contact you on the number on your note if we have any questions and when it is ready to collect.
Trade customers
Carpet fitters, flooring shops, builders and contractors can WhatsApp or email for special pricing and regular collection arrangements.
